Hot Hot Hot

It is getting warm out....have to hike in the morning for sure!!  Turning a new leaf  with diet and exercise, I just need to give up the Frappacinos...that is hard!! 

Found almond milk at Costco for shakes.... no soy!! With my thyroid gland issue, I avoid soy if I can.

Gotta keep it going!!

Day 1

Today I got back on the wagon...."  the get moving wagon".....

Today Day 1.... 1.38 mile hike..... it only took me 35 minutes haha!   It felt good and bad at the same time....

Few things I learned:

I need to get up a wee bit earlier since it is getting hot out....

I need to walk a little more before the hike to warm up

The camelbak is the best invention.....handsfree!

Music Music Music!!

Which means,  I need to make a special list for hiking!!

Things I want:
To be able to hike without stopping for breath

To find a sports bar that doesn't take a he-man to clasp.  Haha!

To start running..... I use to be a runner a very long time ago

Wear sleeveless shirts without feeling subconscious about it

Join a yoga class
