Halloween is around the corner..... we went to the Phx Zombie Walk downtown.  It was a family friendly event and the boys enjoyed it.

I love AUTUMN!!   The weather is perfect, a/c off and windows open!   Everyone has their fire pits burning so it just smells like Fall !    Now we need to get some pumpkins and carve them!!   The kids are getting excited for Trick of Treating..... wait until you see their costumes!!

August 2013.....

Here it is, the new school year....  kids are back can't believe they are in 3rd and 1st grade!!!!    Time flies!!     Well I am back to my routine and adding some exercise again.   Hiking and am thinking about doing a 5 k in October.    This doesn't give a long time to prepare, so I need to start today.  Which I did!!!  Yea , went hiking and feeling pretty good.    Using the app Map my fitness which tracks the distance calories....etc.    Here are some recent pics of what's been going on....

Birthday gift

Rita and Tom,   this is what I purchased with my birthday $$ !!  It is one of my favorite artists..... found it at Changing Hands bookstore.....love that place!!!

40 and Fabulous

My birthday was one of the bests!!!  Not only did I turn 40 but I spent the day with my favorite 3 boys!!!!!  I had a day of lunch and dinner out - which means no cooking for me!!   We went to Changing Hands bookstore and browsed,  Pita Jungle for lunch, then checked out the Premium Outlets..... Macayos for dinner!!!  It was a glutinous day but thoroughly enjoyed.....  E n M stopped by for beers and more presents!!!   I am a lucky girl!!!!!
