Summertime is here temp wise.....

Hello hello!!

I am down 7 pounds!!   Woo hoo!!   Had my physical today, will be getting my first mammo.....I never did get a baseline mammogram at age 35 because I believe I was pregnant or closely postpartum.....

My bp is good, my cholesterol is good and I am only at the beginning of my weight loss journey!  I have been feeling run down, I specifically asked to have by thyroid checked, this was great. But my iron is low, so more labs were ordered to get a full picture before treatment recommendations.   We are into the third week of summer vacay for the boys and have some fun Wednesday plans!!

The boys were given a summer reading challenge from me.    J is to read the first 4 Harry Potter books and O needs to read 10 chapter books at his level.   If they meet their goal by the end of the summer, they will earn  a great prize!! Go Boys!!!
