Oh how I LOVE my BOYS!!!!!
I love my boys! They are just great kids....... I am so lucky!!!!! There is always some shinanigans going on, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I have been meaning to get to this place downtown called Smeeks- it is at Central and Camelback and it has all this "old school" candy, toys, decorations and even a photo booth!

Back online!!
I'm back!!
Ha, it has been some time and I am back on with some updates....... I had to remove the music from the blog, because, now, apparently, it can only be listened to when you go to the website- so sorry- I am not sure if you liked it or it was a annoying, but that is why it is no longer on here......
I have again, been slacking in the blog/picture area- but things have been quite busy!!!!
School will be starting in 2 weeks for the kids!! I can not believe and O will be in kindergarten. I am happy for him, but sad for me in a way, since now they both will be in grade school. Time is just zooming by!
We had a "staycation" 2 weeks ago and did a few things around here. I am trying to catch up on some books to read, but I had a pile of magazines to get through first, so I have been making more of an effort to get those done. My sis and I trade, so I had a back up.
well I guess I will just post some pics- you know pictures are worth a thousand words, right??

Beautiful Saturday
It was a beautiful day here in AZ, breezy, sunny and in the 80's. Cool enough to turn the air off and enjoy.
This is the beginning of our 3 day Memorial weekend and it was a great start. Kids had swimming lessons this morning, then we stopped at Trader Joes on the way home. We are taking care of E and M's house/garden so we spent the later afternoon swimming. It was actually warmer in the pool, than out of the pool- we were all cold!!!
We have been on the go, constantly, working, running, here and there and we decided this weekend to lay low..... It's the beginning of summer vacation. J had his last day of school on Thursday and I worked in the morning, then went to his last day party in his class- where the kids were given awards- J got the "Peacemaker Award" for keeping peace in class.... I asked him what he did to earn this, and he said he would always pick up the tables, room, put things away haha- I asked him, "Oh really, then you should be able to do that at home" haha He just grinned!!!
Kids are doing well at swim lessons. J passed the first test and Owen is still working on his "airplane" but there has been such a huge improvement!

Well well well, it sure has been months since my last post........ I have not put much time or thought into this blog and have neglected it big time! I have decided to start posting again since I have heard that this was being checked, but no updates..... ;(
Many of my peeps are not on Facebook, so they do not get to see pics of the boys or hear the latest news, even if it is just meaningless jabber..... When I am on the computer, I have been using my limited time on Facebook, checking mail, and not much else.... It doesn't help that the computer I am using is a dinosaur, but soon that will change...
So here we are, and I see the last post was in January...Wow, what has happened lately?? Well, the boys are growing fast- J is almost done with 1st grade and O tested for kindergarten, early entry, and he passed and will be going to kindergarten!!! I think he is ready, and he only misses the cut off day by 5 days or so..... He is excited to go to the same school as J.
We have been finishing up the school year, only 9 more days for J and then summer vacation for him.
I have not been taking as much pictures as I would want, but will soon be working 4 days a week and have big plans for the 1 day to myself! I am hoping it will free up some time, and get some things done around here, appts., and then fun crafty time! I am so thrilled to be working 4 days, and will be having Wednesdays off, so I technically, I do not have to work more than 2 days in a row.....
I have been working a concentrated effort to get healthy, by hiking and eating better. I have lost 17 lbs thus far, but I know for me, I need to exercise and still have a big long term goal, but short term goals first, one day at a time! I just put on a pair of jean capris I could not zip or button, so that is always motivating! I have been hiking here and there, I just need to get my ass out of bed in the morning, now that it is beginning to get too hot to hike in the afternoon...... I am not really a morning person, but this has been acquired over the years......
So here it goes, check back frequently, I will be adding more regular posts and pics!!
